However you stumbled upon my little blog, I'm glad you're here!
During the school year(2014), I spent a lot of time scrolling through various food blogs on the internet, getting inspired and loyally following my favorite blogs. I always daydreamed of having my own little space one day, to share recipes, take pictures, and connect with other bloggers; sometimes I even caught myself writing imaginary posts and little tips in my head. Finally, I took the plunge and started Running Shoes and Rabbit Food, naming the site after two prominent aspects of my life.
I love to make delicious healthy food in order to convince people that eating healthy can be amazing. I'm a strong advocate of body love, mindful eating, compassion, and a healthy relationship with food. My diet is perfect imperfection. I love salad, I love chocolate, and I do my best to balance the two. I firmly believe in balance, and have learned that only eating healthy foods doesn't necessarily make for a healthy person.
